1. Who we are and what this site does

The Website is operated by Toure Marketing ("Toure Marketing", "we", "us" or "our"). Aurora Home Remodelers is the name of the Website. We are not a contractor. We do not perform remodeling, construction or installation work.

The Website lets homeowners request a remodeling estimate. When you send a request through the form, by phone or by text, we share it with an independent general contractor, who runs the estimate and, if you hire it, does the work. Using the Website and requesting an estimate is free for homeowners, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.

2. The independent general contractor

The contractor is an independent business. It alone is responsible for its estimates, contracts, permits, insurance, workmanship and warranties. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor, not Toure Marketing.

We do not employ, supervise or control the contractor. We don't promise that the contractor can take every project, and we make no promise about the price, schedule, quality or outcome of any work.

3. Sharing your request

When you request an estimate, you authorize us to share the information you provide with the independent general contractor so it can contact you about your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. How we get paid

Toure Marketing may receive compensation from the contractor, including a fee for estimates the contractor completes and a percentage of projects booked after an estimate. You don't pay anything to use the Website or to request an estimate.

5. Before you hire

Before you hire the contractor or anyone else:

• Get a written contract that lists the scope of work, price, payment schedule and timeline, and says who pulls the permits;
• Ask for proof of current liability insurance (and workers' compensation where it applies);
• Check any license or registration your city or village requires for the job; and
• Feel free to get more than one estimate.

6. SMS terms and conditions

Program. We send text messages, under the name Aurora Home Remodelers, to homeowners who submit a remodeling request and check the SMS consent box. Messages include request confirmations and updates about the request.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages from us.

Rejoin. To rejoin, opt in again through the form on this Website.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toure Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss, damage, injury or dispute arising out of work performed or not performed by the contractor, or out of your use of the Website. Because use of the Website is free to homeowners, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Toure Marketing harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
